1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quickaboo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts & Security

Certain advanced features of the Platform require the creation of a free user account. You sign in with one-time codes sent to your email address, so you are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms or utilize automated bots to abuse our infrastructure.

3. Use of Processing Tools

Our Platform provides client-side and server-side utilities for data manipulation. You agree not to use these tools for any illegal, malicious, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Obfuscating malware, ransomware, or phishing scripts via our Developer Tools.
  • Unlocking or modifying PDF documents for which you do not hold the legal copyright or explicit authorization. Unlock PDF only removes a password you already know, it does not crack or guess passwords.
  • Automating requests to our server-side API endpoints via scripts, scrapers, or headless browsers.

4. Intellectual Property

Most tools process files on your device, the few that use our server are labelled on the page and listed in the Trust Center, together with how long anything is kept. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You retain all intellectual property rights to the files, code, and data you process through our tools. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs. The design, code, and architecture of the Platform itself, however, remain the exclusive property of Quickaboo.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Basis: The tools are provided completely free of charge on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for mathematical and programmatic accuracy, we do not warrant that the tools are free of calculation errors or suitable for critical financial, medical, or engineering deployments.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Quickaboo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or inability to access the tools.

6. Copyright / DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content accessible via our Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to quickaboo@cosvire.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include: (a) a description of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL where the infringing material appears, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement that your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

7. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, failing that, binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
