1. ملخص
Most Quickaboo tools process your files inside your own browser: the file is read and changed on your device and is never sent to us. A small number of operations need our server (they are labelled "On our server" on the tool page and listed in the Trust Center). For those, the file travels over HTTPS, is deleted as soon as it has been processed, and the result is deleted when you download it, or automatically within 24 hours if you never do. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set on content pages and only after you accept them.

تنتقل الملفات المرسلة إلى أداة خادم عبر HTTPS، وتُخزَّن فقط في مجلد خاص لا يمكن الوصول إليه من الويب، وتُحذف كما هو موضح أعلاه. تُزال النتائج المتروكة بمهمة تلقائية.
4. ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب إذا أنشأت حسابًا: عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني، إضافة إلى الاسم والدولة اللذين تختار إضافتهما. لا نستخدم كلمات مرور، فأنت تسجّل الدخول برمز لمرة واحدة يُرسل إلى بريدك ويُخزَّن مُجزّأً فقط.
- العناصر التي تحفظها إلى حسابك، مثل رموز QR ومجموعات أيقونات المواقع.
- الرسائل التي ترسلها عبر نموذج الاتصال.
- سجل الأمان: عنوان IP ووقت الطلبات الفاشلة أو المشبوهة، ويُستخدم للحد من المعدل ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- إحصاءات استخدام مجهولة: إجماليات يومية لكل أداة (مثل فتح الأداة وإضافة ملف والتنزيل)، دون عنوان IP أو ملف تعريف ارتباط أو معرّف، لنعرف أي الأدوات تعمل وأيها يفشل.
- تقارير الأخطاء: رسالة الخطأ والصفحة ونوع المتصفح عند فشل أداة. لا يتم أبدًا تضمين محتوى الملفات أو أسمائها.

6. ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتخزين المتصفح
ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بنا وظيفية: يبقيك ملف الجلسة مسجّل الدخول ويحمي النماذج من التزوير، ويُحفظ اختيارك لملفات تعريف الارتباط في متصفحك. لا تضبط صفحات الأدوات أي ملفات تحليلات أو إعلانات.
في صفحات المحتوى (الرئيسية والفئات والمدونة) نسألك قبل تحميل Google Analytics أو الإعلانات المخصّصة. إذا اخترت رفض، لا تعمل التحليلات وتكون الإعلانات المعروضة غير مخصّصة. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط الرابط في التذييل.

8. حقوقك
يمكنك عرض العناصر المحفوظة وحذفها من لوحة التحكم، وحذف حسابك من إعدادات الحساب في أي وقت. ويمكنك أيضًا أن تطلب منا نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر بيانات الاتصال في القسم 2. وبحسب مكان إقامتك (مثلًا بموجب اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات أو نسختها البريطانية أو قانون CCPA)، قد يحق لك أيضًا الاعتراض أو تقييد المعالجة أو تقديم شكوى إلى سلطة حماية البيانات.
9. الأطفال
الحسابات غير مخصّصة للأطفال دون 16 عامًا. يمكن استخدام الأدوات نفسها دون حساب.
